    Booked an overnight stay due to cancelled flight. - poor customer service (almost check-in time and we haven't receive any guideline on how to enter considering it is an unmanned hotel) -room smells bad (like an old room) -sofa was dirty -microwave is dirty - washing area is dirty - wash room has a bad smell The only good thing about their place is they have a luggage locker and location is good, near to everything.

    Place is evidently and highly recommended. A few minutes walk to train station yet the place is near hakata canal bridge where you can stroll at night. Room is also accessible however checkin should have been more convenient if owner sends instructions on building entrance code. Still, place is excellent and I would like to stay again soon

    I've been Fukuoka 13 times, and I used around over 20 hotels, but I think it was a worst hotel I've ever been. Not informing main entrance Code, Hard to check-in, No additional towel, No amenity, etc. It's pretty cheap though...
