    Great space, lovely rooms. Exterier feels a bit shabby and only one umbrella! Breakfast needs an overhaul. One cantaloupe cut into small pieces w/a few cut strawberries.

    I have been locked out of the room for 1.5hrs due to room lock out of battery. No on duty staff at the counter. I called them but after 40 minutes they only appeared. I asked for compensation but the manager just told me during checkout will let me know. But actually during checkout she is onleave. I have message the property for few times but just no reply! Beware of this hotel~

    I felt safe, secure and the staff was available day and night. Well run....I felt at home in this vintage Spa/Hotel.
