Excellent hotel with fantastic food and service. Everything we received - teas, sweets, diner menu were delicious.

The facilities are great, the staffs were incredible , the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were excellent! Exceptional services and convenient shuttle service - can't ask anymore! Definitely will be back and recommend to others.
