Location is ok. Walkable to the center. Staff are very pleasant. Has a colonial feel. Breakfast is simple. Problems were it was.difficult to contact if issues arise,.the email and.phone number were incorrect from the booking site
In our room it was very noisy from the outdoors. If you have mobility issues there is no elevator.

It’s my first time visiting Cartagena and did not know what to expect. Stayed in Getsamani on my last couple of days to experience the night life. The hotel is close to coffee shops, restaurants, laundry mat, tourist spots! Staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. Need to use Google Translate to communicate with staff but that is mostly in Cartagena, Santa Marta and Minca. Breakfast was included when I booked my room and it is served from 0630-0930 daily. Rooms are clean however the AC is not that strong. there’s a jacuzzi on the third floor but the water looks like it needs to be changed, it has a view of Bocagrande. There’s no elevators, just stairs but I don’t mind because I’m used to walking. Would definitely recommend staying here again due to value, location and staff! Thank you ***!

The staff was great. The breakfasts were awesome, the only complaint I have is with the Jacuzzi. I asked 3 times if they could turn up the heat, I mean who likes a cold Jacuzzi ? Otherwise Id stay there again.

Decent hotel, modestly quiet for Cartagena. Could use some maintenance and updating but overall it's a decent hotel, a three star not four, and would recommend.
