Photos definitely make it look nicer than it is. Beds, towels, etc are all low budget. Bathroom (nor towels) were particularly clean. Property was described as having AC but the room was very hot and the airco did little. Not bad, but not great either.

We have a car so everything was convinient. Ozas is near so we could go shopping and restaurants there. Hotel is modern. And staffs were nice. Breakfast was good. Only thing is no fridge and blind is a bit difficult to adjust. I wanted to sleep longer but I woke up bc of sunshine in early morning. Except for a small thing, stay was really comfortable.

Trendy hotel within the tennis center. The 5-floor hall looked like unfinished construction... The room was green and clean, with bean bags to sit on. Not ideal to work. Fantastic breakfast. One big minus is the Venetian Blinds in the room. Sun was beaming through early in the morning.

- The worst thing was that we got the room next to the Meeting Room. The wall of the room was the same wall for the coffee brake room, so every morning at 7 oclock we were woken up by staff preparing for the meeting. And then actually hearing all the meeting because nobody bothers to close the doors. First we thought it's a mistake because who puts a guest (who is on vacation) next to the Meeting room?! it was definetly not fully booked to actually move us somewhere else. As I took this matter to the staff the answer was - i will give this information to our managmnet. Oh thank you for your consideration. I was actually too tired to even argue about it so left it be. Nobody is keeping up with the mask policy. Guests of the hotel, guests of other facilities, even staff - probably one person (including us) was wearing a mask. Breakfast was open like anybody can just come. People from the meeting rooms were sitting next to people who are eating breakfast. no distance, no mask. And it is in the country who has the most Corona cases at the moment. breakfast are should be divided so that other people couldnt just come and chill next to the hotel guests who are eating (which is actually normal in other hotels). We actually skipped the breakfast after the first morning experience: No safety for Corona, No clear options for vegetarians or vegan people, people sitting next to you, staff not filling up even basic things like bread or forks (i had to ask myself multiple times)

Check in is 2pm and we arrived at 6pm after a 600km drive. We were told that the room is not ready and to come back in an hour. The least they could have done is offer free coffee and maybe a cake but they offered nothing. Just a cold come back in an hour. Totaly ruined our stay.

Lovely hotel for a short stay - very basic but modern, compact rooms but you get everything you need. It is clean throughout; it was very nice to have both the shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Nice varied breakfast (hot and cold items) included in the room rate which is convenient to have. You will have to pay extra EUR 2 tax at the hotel upon check-in. The only problem during our stay was to get an iron - they were all being used at the time we needed it but the staff managed to get one for us eventually. Overall recommended!
