Amazing charmingly restored 17th century building in a stunning natural setting by the Piedmont Alps. Staff very friendly and attentive, spotless clean and well decorated rooms, comfortable bed, high quality linens, and wonderful breakfast! The hotel has many areas to relax, and many options to explore the astonishing surroundings. I just found a little confusing to understand, on their website at the time of booking, the difference between the Country House and the Guest House Palazzo dei Venti rooms, once they are all located in the same building, and only have different entrances. Other than that, everything ran very smoothly and we had an extremely pleasant experience - Thank you! - and yes, we would love to come back!

The house is absolutely beautiful as is the surrounding! We had an excellent stay. The staff (esp. Andrea) were very helpful with any enquiry. Everybody is really relaxed. The hotel has many areas to relax, such as a bar, pool table, several sitting areas, fire places, games etc. The restaurant is excellent, as is the breakfast. It is a very pleasant place to be, it was everything we expected from the pictures and more. We travelled with our tiny dog. She was very welcome. We enjoyed the big garden with snow but will definitely come back in summer time too.

Perfect for couples who enjoy fine dining in a romantic environment, We had a perfect stay. We will definitely come back some time.
