    Lots of issues with this property. -Doesn't feel like a hilton property. - pool haz not steps to enter in.no pool towels. Table all around the pool. - house keeping is below average. Hair in my cup in the room. - food was disappointing. Lunch buffet had no salad. Taste was also very average. - this hotel seems to be cutting corners in their service and facilities. Overall not worth the stay.

    Had to ring help desk to get the room cleaned, booked smoking room via Agoda but was told to shell 7000 inr extra to avail smoking room. Even the breakfast options seems to be less than what it used to be a year ago. Overall looks like management is on a cost cutting spree while the few remaining employees struggle to provide the service as best they can. Not for me anymore
