    Drove to Tampa for BTS Concert so won’t talk about price except to say that if your driving, there is mandatory valet parking that is $45 night. The hotel is historic and very clean. For such a busy weekend, all the staff were great! You have to ask for ice but it was easy to get, again staff are very accommodating.

    Room is spacious and clean. Location is not in the business center of the city. The river walk is about 15 mins walking distance away.

    There’s absolutely nothing special about this hotel that makes it worth the price. I got slapped with a $30 destination fee and a mandatory $45 parking fee upon arrival. It’s an old hotel in a historic building debt has been semi updated, but semi neglected. The first thing I know on arrival was that my feet stuck to the carpet when I walked through the lobby and it was very worn and dated. The elevators are small with broken buttons in need of repair. The place is dimly lit. The Front Desk is only intermittently staffed, so when I wanted to purchase a few snacks from the grab and go, I couldn’t find an employee anywhere so I gave up. There are many other Hilton’s in the area that are better maintained, better staffed, and a better value
