I reserved the room for 11 nights, however, I ended up staying there for only 9 nights due to an updated flight schedule to Australia. The host provides a clean room and comfortable room for guests to stay in safety. I did not use the kitchen, therefore there are no comments to provide. The host also kindly offered me a parking spot when I arrived late at night, which was really helpful. The location and commute are convenient, between Bathurst and Yonge. One friendly piece of feedback, please replace the broken garbage bin and the rusted hand-wash bottle in the washroom. Overall impression, I was captivated by the beautiful front and back yards. Please inspect and seal any gaps around doors and windows to prevent ants from sneaking into the room's floor.

We stayed at this accommodation for a few days and had a very pleasant experience. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing stay. The space was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, which made us feel at home right away. Overall, everything met our expectations and the environment was calm and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the positive atmosphere throughout our stay. We would happily choose this place again if we return to the area.

My first experience staying in a home with other people, sharing a bathroom and kitchen. Definitely a great option if you can’t find a hotel. The house is in a nice area. Parking is available for everyone. Electronic locks on your door. Everyone seemed to be respectful of the common areas.
