    The hotel room is very spacious and clean and also provide disposable slippers but I don't know why the toilet paper cannot be flushed down into toilet bowl. The hotel is still sticking to old mindset that the toilet paper cannot be flushed down despite the piping system already upgraded to handle flushing of toilet paper. This results in soiled toilet paper being discarded into the bin instead of toilet bowl. For my case, we forgot to hang the housekeeping tag on the door before we leave the room and we are horrified that there was no housekeeping done because of that. So the toilet accumulated all the dirty toilet paper from previous day and the room remained dirty. When we called the staff, they said the housekeeper had already left. So we requested for new towels but the staff took quite a while to come to the room (not sure is it because the hotel is totally unmanned) but luckily cleared the bin for us, if not it will be very smelly. Please follow international standards and supply toilet paper that can be flushed down. There was one time I accidentally threw toilet paper into the bin while doing my business and it was disgusting to submerge my hand and take it out in case the toilet bowl chokes. Also, there is no hand soap to wash my hands. The lift also cannot go down without tapping my key card. I nearly got stuck at one time cos my spouse was holding the key card in his room.

    pretty central place though buses have longer waiting times , it has good location and direct bus from taichung HSR

    The place was nice and clean , the staff was very friendly in helping us with combining our two separate bookings.

    Stay wasn’t pleasant, as there wasn’t any proper housekeeping upon request (only help to empty rubbish bin), and the toilet flushing was poorly managed, was clogged and request for assistance to no avail. Location wise was strategic, close to many family mart/7E/OK mart, Fengjia Night Market and many more.
