Overall 4/5 - the deluxe matrimonial seemed a little small as advertised.. no elevator, not recommended for pwd or seniors.. also, if you are not accustomed to noise dont book the room facing the street. Also, the faucets were kind of ruined..

> ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 > 1. The hotel room was exceptionally clean and smelled very fresh upon entering. > 2. The bed was large, soft, and super comfortable with clean white linens. > 3. Air conditioning was very cold and worked quietly throughout the night. > 4. Bathroom was spotless with complete toiletries and strong water pressure. > 5. Towels were white, thick, and smelled good — not old or thin. > 6. Room amenities were complete with bottled water, coffee, kettle, and safe. > 7. WiFi connection inside the room was very fast and stable for work. > 8. It was very quiet at night, I had no problem sleeping and resting. > 9. The room size was spacious and well-organized, not cramped. > 10. Overall, excellent room and great value for money — highly recommended and will definitely come back!

Door is busted.

Poor Customer Service and Unsafe, Unclean Rooms The room size was acceptable, but unfortunately, almost everything else about our stay was disappointing. We checked in late, and the staff were unfriendly, especially one female staff member with long hair. The customer service was extremely poor. When we raised our concerns and asked for alternatives, she simply rejected our requests without showing any willingness to help. We felt that our concerns did not matter at all. The customer service was practically zero. The room with a balcony was very noisy due to passing vehicles and van operators stationed in front of the hotel shouting to call for passengers. The balcony doors could not be locked, which made us feel unsafe. The main entrance door also lacked an additional lock for security. The room was also unclean, with cockroaches everywhere. The TV was not working, even though it was listed as one of the amenities. The air conditioner made a loud noise, and the electrical sockets appeared unsafe. Additionally, there was no elevator, and we had to climb to the third floor with our belongings. We were extremely disappointed with the overall condition of the room, the lack of basic safety measures, and the unacceptable customer service. We had already paid in full, so we felt we had no choice but to stay despite these problems. I would not recommend this hotel. The experience was far below our expectations, and the staff's lack of courtesy and willingness to address our concerns made it even worse. A hotel should provide clean and safe accommodations, working amenities, and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet these basic expectations.
