    We had a pleasant stay at westin velachery. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Huge shoutout to the staff Vaishnavi, Kushboo, Chef Kartik, Shomadeep, Kamal, Manisha, Injamamel, Shushank, Sumank for going above and beyond to help us with the check in, checkout, and at dining. I would visit westin again and would recommend to my friends and family.

    For a 5 star hotel from Marriott group, totally DON’T deserve its star rating. Basic room amenities not working properly, such as faulty hair dryer & loud noisy aircon that wakes guests in the middle of night. Even after upgrading my room to a suite, same issues observed. Hygiene is also terrible, found cockroach running around food area while having breakfast. Staff are also equally terrible, when was approached to feedback all the above issues and encounters, staff behaved arrogant and nonchalant, even the apologies were delivered insincerely Terrible 4 nights experience Totally not worth USD***per night
