    We had an overall wonderful stay. The staff were so helpful and kind and attentive. We stayed for 3 nights and ate all meals at the resort. Kids loved the outdoor pool, the ducks and goats and lychee on the farm. Also, breakfast was organic, handmade, bountiful and delicious. Washrooms within the huts need a refresh but nothing we couldn't live with, given the incredible views and kind staff. We did unfortunately, receive an English tour guide for 2 days that we booked through the hotel that we were very dissatisfied with. He barely interacted with us. We learned more from the driver than him. I gave this feedback to the staff who appreciated it. Do check the quality of the tour guides though. They vary widely. Also, I encourage everyone to attend the cooking class. It's run by the in-house chef was an expert in various Vietnamese cuisine. He was very patient with our 4 an 7 year old. Thank you to the staff for a once-in-a-life stay!

    Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ gọn gàng nhưng nội thất phòng tắm cũ, vòi nước cáu bẩn vệt nước nên cảm giác không được lau dọn cẩn thận. Khuôn viên, cảnh quan được chăm sóc tỉ mỉ, yên tĩnh. thích hợp để nghỉ ngơi. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện.
