Not bad but not wonderful and certainly not 5*!
Reception is efficient, the rooms are clean and the huge beds are very comfortable. The breakfast, as most people say, is varied, plentiful and excellent.
A couple of points - the toilet seat in room 406 where we stayed is broken, there is only one fitting! We did tell reception twice and hope you have fixed it by now! Also for some reason you left one bath towel for two people, we asked once and you gave us another but then left one again the next day. Also the towels are far too small, they are soaking wet by the time you have used them!
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again but these are annoying little things that should be taken care of.

All round a great hotel, check out the Stary Brewery, great food, great beer and great staff!
