Everything was fantastic, completely ignore ALL the negative reviews, Mohamed was the nicest guy and extremely helpful, had 0 issues with parking even left and came back to the same empty parking spot, free 24/7 coffee and flavored water, the rooms were very clean, he is almost always in the office and always helps or answers any questions, the location is the best you cant ask for a better location, we come to seaside multiple times a year and we use to use a different hotel but not anymore we will always book here from now on.

Very friendly and accommodating, pet friendly, beautiful views. The room we stayed in was recently renovated and very clean and comfortable. The owner is a very kind man and would stay here again.

We enjoy our stay. We have kids and we're looking for a reasonably priced fall break get away. Easy access to board walk and beach. Furniture was mismatched. The bar stools didn't fit the bar in the kitchen so there is no place to sit and eat.
But the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had a nice microwave and fridge. Bathroom was clean. We stayed in the front room on the boardwalk and the view was amazing. We were in walking distance of CVS, the Acme is near by. There is a small parking lot available when spots are empty. If we visited again I would bring corner covers, outlet plugs and door locks for our toddler. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
