My daughter and I stayed at the Residence Inn Providence Downtown, on 4/15/26, while touring colleges. The hotel was nice and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice fitness room and complementary breakfast. The only negative was that there was only valet parking, which was $45 (possibly because of the downtown location). I enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn Providence Downtown and would stay there, if visiting Providence again.

The breakfast was wonderful every morning. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable.

Newer property with valet parking (for a fee), room was clean and bedding was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
