This was indeed the much-needed downtime moment that my daughter and I needed. Zen. It is true to its name. Walks on the bridge, feeling embraced by the mangrove forest. My favorite songs on acoustic and voice with complimentary cocktails at the bamboo bridge Nest Bar on a full moon. Breakfast by the pool. A swim and talk with my daughter in a non-crowded pool, the bamboo trees quietly watching us, unhurried and unaffected by all the cares of the world. We will definitely return.

We had a great stay! The staffs were friendly and provided excellent service. The room and facilities were clean, and all the essentials were complete. Definitely worth the money! Highly recommended, and we’d love to stay here again.

All was very good the kids enjoyed the pool, parking available, the mangrove walk is fantastic and the hotel is top notch in Panglao. Very peaceful and quiet also for a family vacation.

Had the pool villa. Loved the pool. Never stayed in a place with a ripped sheet. Bathroom sink drained slowly, both sink leaked water onto the vanity. No in room menu of services. Housekeeping didn't touch the vanity, took two hand towels and didn't replace them. Didn't sweep nor mop. Didn't clean or replace dirty saucer and spoon. Curtains don't fully cover the windows. Restaurant food and service so-so. Forgot ordered items. Didn't bring syrup, butter or jam for pancakes. Bamboo walk bar had 1 of 3 drink choices, fries were served cold even though I sat 4 meters from where they were prepared. Waiter delivered wrong drink. None of offered milkshakes were available. Reception area too small if more than one couple checking in or out. Had laundry done on last evening and told the next day to pick it up when checking out. Didn't deliver it. Had to repack luggage at reception area.
