    My overall stay at this hotel was average, and I would rate it 6/10. Upon arrival, the hotel staff seemed unfamiliar with my booking details, which made the check-in process less smooth than expected. While the staff were polite, better coordination and familiarity with guest reservations would improve the overall guest experience. The breakfast selection was also below expectations. The variety and quality of the food could be improved to provide better value for guests. Additionally, the toiletries provided in the room were insufficient considering the number of registered guests staying in the room. Basic amenities should be supplied according to occupancy to ensure guest comfort throughout their stay. While the hotel has room for improvement, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
