The location was spot on a few mins walk to the main strip. Public transport on its doorstep. Hotel was clean A/C working no extra cost. Cannot fault. Exceptional service from the staff I had booked a few nights at Lina Taksim and had left my passport in previous hotel. Staff without payment drove me down to previous hotel to collect passport. Previous hotel was an hour drive away at minimum 30 plus km. Was treated like family and Lina went above and beyond. Highly recommend to family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Taksim! The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet still quiet and comfortable at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always welcoming us with a smile. The room was clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing, making us feel at home from the first day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Taksim — we would definitely stay here again!

My flight arrived late at night so I needed to do a late check in. As a woman traveling alone, I tried emailing and calling the hotel to let them know I’d be arriving late so that there wouldn’t be any issues. However, upon arrival at 2am, the guy checking me in didn’t know how to check people in (even though the booking was already paid) and his manager was sleeping and refused to get up and help until I went and demanded he check me in. I’ve never experienced anything like this. It was incredibly unprofessional Then, they gave me a room without working AC so I told them and they moved me to another room which was fine. The only issue was that sometimes it would smell like cigarettes from the vents even though I had requested a non smoking room.
