    We spent 9 nights here, i have traveled extensively and in the past have also stayed at The Ritz in Guangzhou. I have never experienced anything as i have at Rosewood Hotel. The hotel, its decor, its restaurants, the service, the rooms, the views, the attention to details and every staff member from the concierge to the management speak English and go out of their way to assist. The gym amd pool facilities arr exquisite. The bar on top floor was great. It is blatantly clear that service is their top prioroty. Cannot fault a thing even slightly. By far the best hotel I have ever been to and will most definitely return. Well done.

    Almost everything was perfect except the TV. Although Netflix and Youtube don't work in China, it was still hard to navigate the audio/subtitle on the remote since it was in Chinese. We didn't manage to change the audio into English on Western films. The Chinese streaming platform was rather limited, with just twelve movies to choose from. Apart from that, everything at Rosewood Guangzhou was perfect. Really enjoyed my stay.

    THE HOTEL IS 5 STAR BUT SERVICE LIKE 1 STAR NO STANDARD . NO FRENDLY THE STAFF . SUPER BAD MAKE MY MOM FEEL UNHAPPY .WE ROUND THE WOLRD STAY SO MUCH HOTEL IS HOTEL NOT MATCH TO HAVE 5STAR .
