The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the room! Fabulous and SO quiet. There was a raging loud party on the street Saturday night and when I closed the window it was total silence. There is also a double door in your room to the lobby, so you have total peace. Tip - buy the Roman sites combined ticket for 17 euros and see them all.

What an absolutely stunning hotel. From the moment you walk in the foyer and are surrounded by gorgeous floors and tiled walls. Extremely pleasant staff. Our room was amazing with views onto the square. I cannot rave about it enough. Great big comfy bed and pillows that were perfect.
Only drawback was the air conditioning which wasn’t as efficient as I would have liked as it was like being on the surface of the sun outside. Went to the rooftop pool for a plunge and a beer which was lovely.
