After paying for the room and going through the online check in at 1:00 AM in the morning…with 6 children ages ranging from 2-11 I was informed the room was not available and Expedia should not have rented it to begin with because the complex is under repair. They did nothing to find us another room and we couldn’t find any motels with vacancy so we ended up driving home instead of checking into a motel.we arrived home at 5:30 AM exhausted and very disappointed. Metro didn’t even offer a discounted rate for a future stay and apparently they aren’t going to give us a refund because Expedia is a third party broker. I was told I would have to cancel the reservation, but of course that’s impossible to do at such a late date.

There was dog poo all around the property, says no smoking or drug use but the whole inside smelled like marijuana and cigarettes and people were out by the pool all the time. First room they gave us was infested with cockroaches and they said they called maintenance to take a look and they never came. Didn’t have large towels, didn’t have extra pillows, furniture was old, outlet covers were missing. Dishes were dirty and only had a pot for making pasta. So couldn’t cook anything while we were there. Nothing was happening with the cockroaches so I went down to the front desk when they opened and got a different room and they only gave me 2 extra hours to check out to compensate for the cockroaches. Then when we were trying to leave my code wasn’t working for the doors anymore but we still had 2 hours left to check out so that was stupid. Definitely never going to stay here again.

Very noisy people . Stayed in second floor and the person on top was making noise all night until about 2 AM . Smelt very bad in hallways and our room especially bathroom smelt like cigarette smell. The AC was barely working , felt super humid in the room.

The staff expects you to clean the room. And they don't clean nothing. Why do they have housekeepers? THEY WILL DNR U FOR THIS THEY HAVE ROACHES, PEOPLE SMOKE BLUES AND THE PROPERTY.

I loved the pool, and the size of the apartment. Some cutlery was missing and a blender would have been nice. There was nobody at the front desk to check out.

Difficulty locating by gps. Arrived and performed the check-in, but their program kept freezing. Had to call to finish check-in. Had to send pictures of drivers license and credit card via text message. This made me feel really uncomfortable. Entered the room and saw a few bugs on the walls. Went out to eat and came back and saw another roach. Could not sleep. Wake up about 3:30 in the morning started checking everything before leaving. Opened the dishwasher and saw another huge roach. Turn on more lights and saw about 8 more roaches from the floor to the ceiling. Notified the representative i checked in with and never got any response. Not to mentionthe interactions you see in the parking lot. I could not recommend to anyone to stay here. I was only on the property for about 7 hours before leaving and that was more than enough for me.

The room was filthy. There were fecal stains on the bathroom floor, food crumbs on the kitchen floor, non-working lamps, uncomfortable bed and a live ROACH crawling through the room. There are many full-time residents living in this property. There are other lodging options in Scottsdale that are actually clean, safe and affordable. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Staying here was very convenient. We didn't even have to deal with staff. Everything was handled by email. The only thing I would have issue with is that we couldn't get in the pool and there was no breakfast. But even knowing that, I would stay again.

I had to be put in two rooms the first room had roaches therefore they had to move me and the second one was ok. The property was pet friendly but I wasnt expecting to have to walk around dog poop in the hallways and a dog running loose free unsupervised.

We didn't realize there was a whole process of filling out a form online prior to checking in and we arrived really late at night. But it is very fast and as long as you read everything carefully and fill out everything carefully, it should be no problem. We got our code to enter immediately. The condition of the property was ok. We got a good night's rest and that was the most important thing. I had to go out and buy pans to make eggs and other kitchen tools. For the quality, I think it was overpriced. But like I said, we got a good night's rest.

The place didn’t match the pictures. Apartment was in pretty rough condition. It was kinda loud- dogs barking, doors slamming. We tried to be gone as long as possible during the days to spend as little of time there as possible. Overall, wouldn’t recommend.

The first room I was assigned was filthy, as if it had never been cleaned. The second room, located next to the entrance/exit, was just as bad—loud and disruptive. All night, we endured constant yelling and the sound of people coming and going.

The 2 bedroom was in terrible condition. The pictures on the internet are NOT accurate. The entire place was filthy dirty, towels had hair on them, shower curtains had hair on them. Floor has never been cleaned. The couch was falling apart and stained and dirty. Beds old. They are trying to fix it up but kitchen and living need help. Hallway smells terrible Do not stay here not worth the money at all Only good thing is the location.

It's a big place with many entrance doors. I got an email with a code to get in but it didn't specify which door would be closest to our room and when I tried, the code didn't work. I had to make several calls to management while waiting outside the building (at the wrong door) before we were told which door to go to and how to open the doors. The apartment was clean but very outdated. There is a cooktop and some dishes and utensils but not even a grain of salt to use for cooking. It was easier to eat out for every meal. We use to be property managers and we always had the basics stocked in the kitchens - olive oil, salt & pepper, and a full spice rack.

The apartment we were given for our two weeks day was in poor condition. Screens were laying on the floor below us. Windows didn't open in the living room. Window in the bedroom came loose frame and all. The smell was overpowering. I don't know what that smell was! I have never smelled anything like it before

Apartment was nice. Need some updating, better bedding, more toiletries. The lobby doesn’t open until 9am which means no morning gym time. Location was good. Pool was nice. Overall not bad.

Not worth the money. Very run down. Was supposed to have a remodeled unit, but if it was remodeled, it was a very poor job. Very slippery shower and no grab bars at all. Smell in hallway of sewage.
