    I cant leave my luggage after check-out as the main door will get locked and i will not have the door passcode. The staff is inside the building but not assigned to help with anything. I was unable to switch to another quieter room.

    I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The entire building is in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. The walls are rotten and visibly damaged, and the air conditioning throughout the building smells foul, as if the system hasn’t been cleaned in years. My room was incredibly noisy, making it impossible to get any rest. The bed sheets were dirty when I arrived, and the floor was covered with dust and dirt. It’s clear that proper cleaning and maintenance are not being done at all. The overall environment felt unhealthy and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. Save yourself the trouble and choose another place to stay. This hotel is nowhere near acceptable for any traveler.
