Room was clean, bathroom nicely refurbished. Hate that the room fan only runs while actively heating, many of us sleep better with white noise from the fan. Breakfast was very good (waffles, ‘eggs’, sausage, but no Raisin Bran), the staff at breakfast attentive and helpful but instead of a news channel at breakfast it was some chamber of commerce public access advertising loop…bizarre and annoying after a day or two. Perfect location, just off the highway at the entrance to Acadia and easy access to the mainland and Bar Harbor. Will definitely stay here again.

We visited Acadia at the end of the year. This hotel was a great place to base our trip with all the campgrounds closed. It is centrally located to all three areas of the park. The breakfast and staff were excellent and provided a lot of travel advise on what to see and do. During our stay we had a minor issue which the management resolved immediately. Thank you for such a great place to stay.

This place is great! Stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and our boxer dog while in town for the MDI marathon. It’s clean, well run, convenient access to the park, and even has a lobster pound right next door. We are in MDI frequently, and will definitely be staying here again!
