This is the best places I would suggest to stay in Vietnam. From rooms to breakfast to cleanliness to access to beacha nd the sunset pool bar. The house keeping, everything top notch. It's entrance is so captivating with bamboo plants creating a great vibe.

Overall good value for money, room was spacious and clean and the buggy service and airport shuttle service was convenient. Main negative is the number of taxi drivers around the hotel pestering you for rides.

I arrived expecting to find the hotel I had seen in the photos, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I believe this must have been a beautiful hotel in the past, but today it seems poorly maintained and is showing clear signs of deterioration. The inside of the room was dirty, the shower grout was covered in mould, and the bathtub was black with dirt. I never felt comfortable taking off my slippers and walking barefoot on the floor, and I honestly didn’t even feel comfortable touching the armchairs in the room. However, I would like to highlight the staff, who were very helpful and turned out to be absolutely lovely. Although they seemed a little cold at first, they were actually very kind and attentive. I am not writing this review to damage the hotel’s reputation, but I do think it is important to be honest and help future guests manage their expectations. The hotel simply does not match the photos, and the disappointment upon arrival was significant. I was so disappointed that I didn’t even feel like taking or sharing photos of the room. There is so much potential here, and I genuinely believe this place could be wonderful again. It just needs a thorough deep clean, proper maintenance, and regular upkeep to bring it back to the standard shown in the pictures. With the right care, this hotel could be a beautiful place to stay.
