    We had an excellent stay for 3 nights. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotels location is excellent and right next to amazing restaurants and retail stores. Only challenge is getting picked up and dropped off by taxis as there is no parking in front of the hotel. Very polite and helpful front desk and restaurant staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

    We had a wonderful stay here in Armenia! A huge thanks to Holiday Inn Express Yerevan for making our trip unforgettable. The location is nice since it is nearby a lot of food places and shops. You can even walk around the park! Their rooms were spacious and clean, we were able to rest properly after a long day. We also enjoyed their breakfast buffet. Few selections were there but all the food was delicious! Will definitely stay here again when I visit Armenia next time.

    This hotel feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The level of service is truly disappointing. I asked for a wine glass to enjoy some wine, and they offered me a plastic glass—seriously?! To make things worse, when I requested assistance to open the wine bottle, they outright refused, saying there’s no room service. Instead, I was told to carry my bottle 10 floors down and back up myself! Adding to the frustration, the soundproofing is terrible—I could hear loud music from outside till it was stopped at 11pm, making it extremely difficult to sleep on time. The rooms are super cramped, and while they provide a mini-fridge, it’s so small you can barely fit anything inside. For a place that markets itself as a hotel, this lack of basic amenities and comfort is unacceptable. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.
