We had a very refreshing vacation at Casa La Silvinas in Tagaytay. This hotel is 100% pet friendly and the ONLY hotel I booked that didn’t charged anything for pets! Thank you to the staff of Casa La Sivinas Hotel. Truly, we felt we are at home!

Our stay at Casa La Silvinas, now known as Alta Terra was an absolute nightmare.
To the staff and management: I strongly urge you to undergo proper training on cleanliness and hygiene standards. The condition of your rooms and toilets was appalling. If your idea of “clean” includes maggots on the bed, cockroaches roaming freely, spiders and cobwebs on the ceiling, and visible toilet residues, then you’re running the wrong kind of establishment—you should be operating a cemetery or a morgue, not a hotel.
I considered listing every detail of the horror we endured, but reliving the experience feels traumatic. I was deceived by the photos posted on your page, and I sincerely hope no one else falls for the same trap.
