The units could you a bit of maintenance, but the compensation is the view you get of Mount Whitney its amazing, also the property has a small family owned restaurant with great tasting food.

We stayed in the raven tipi for one night to break up a journey from Yosemite to LA. A great experience for a family. The area is remote (off the 395) and close to Death Valley National park. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed an early morning swim the day we left in a large pool. The bar and cafe does serve some food and there’s a garage close by where supplies can be bought. It was good value for a family of 5. It is not a hotel don’t expect a 5* hotel. Definitely an experience we’ll remember - staying in a tipi in a remote desert.
