    We stayed here for three nights after flying into Bilbao for a family wedding. The room was for me and my daughter, and while it was compact, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages. It’s just a short walk from Bilbao Intermodal, making it convenient for anyone arriving by bus or traveling to the airport. Gran Vía, Bilbao’s main shopping street, is also within walking distance, and there are plenty of public transport options nearby if you want to explore more of the city. The bathroom has a different layout from a traditional hotel. The shower and toilet are separate, with the sink located in the room itself. Toiletries are basic, with wall-mounted soap and shower gel, which is what you’d expect from a budget hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was well kept throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable hotel in a convenient location, especially for a short city break or as a base for exploring Bilbao, ibis Budget Bilbao City is a great choice.

    The most comfortable mattress yet. Small room but had all the essentials. Budget, as the name implies but very popular. Breakfast is good though I had it 2 times in the 4 days I stayed. There are many options which present great value. I would definitely stay again. Close to tram and buses. Car parking is 20euros a day. Breakfast 9.5 pp.

    Good value for money hotel. The hotel room is small however you have everything you need. The staff was also friendly and gave suggestions on what to visit and do in Bilbao. They cleaned the room each day and I am very happy due to this. The location is okay however not very central. You still need to walk to casco viejo around 20 -25 minutes. However in the nearby you will find a lot of bars , supermarkets and the Bilbao intermodal station.

    The room layout is weird -- shower room and toilet and the wash basin are all separated. It's a basic functional room, so expect a no-frill hotel but the price paid wasn't that value-for-money as the hotel had full occupancy due to some major events during our stay. Onsite carpark only has a handful of lots. There is a big multi-stories carpark around 500m away. Bus, metro and tram stops are nearby, giving easy access to the key attractions and old town.
