    Honestly was the most amazing customer service and team at Samawa, they helped us with everything, the rooms were clean, they even done a leaving celebration with cake and dancing and music for us. The atmosphere, pool and rooms were fantastic and everything was 10/10 honestly can’t complain about anything. Will defo be back here when in Zanzibar ! Look no further for the perfect place !

    1) Location: Excellent property, located about 5 mins walk from the beachfront. The hotel provides a free buggy for guests to the beach during the day. 2) Food: Breakfast is served daily at the rooftop restaurant, with a variation in the "special of the day" to keep things interesting. 3) Outdoor shower: The shower has a regular cement roof, but two walls are made of wooden blinds overlooking into the balcony/ outdoor area of the room. A tall bamboo fence around the balcony/ outdoor provides privacy. Warm water was always available, and although there were some insects (beetles and spiders) that got into the shower, it was not a major problem for me. 4) Service: Prompt and excellent! 5) Overall facilities: The property started operating around 2023, so all facilities are relatively new. The generator works well when there is an electricity black out (which happens frequently in Tanzania, as in other parts of Africa), and I had no trouble with the wi-fi during my stay. The staff are kind and helpful - they have tours available, but be sure to ask around with other non-affiliated vendors so that you can negotiate a better price.

    I had an incredible experience at this hotel – truly one of the best I’ve stayed at! The property is beautifully maintained with a great layout that makes the most of the available space. The rooms are very spacious, with excellent interiors that feel both modern and comfortable. Despite being a compact property, everything is so well designed and organized. The breakfast spread was especially impressive – a wide variety of delicious options, and as a vegetarian, I was thrilled with the choices available. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The facilities and amenities were top-notch and added so much value to the stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, style, and great service!
