We liked the friendliness of the staff quality of rooms and facilities
Biggest issues - poor english of staff meant we didnt find the bar with the food we like until the end of the visit
We had to leave at 6am and there should have been a way to provide us with food as we had paid for breakfast

Just a short stay on business. Lovely hotel, clean comfortable good breakfast.

The hotel called me for something I left in the room after checking out and mail it to me immediately. Very nice experience with clean room with beautiful view, good breakfast with a lot of choices, nice staff of great service.

"We stayed two nights and checked into a room at the club level. Extremely helpful staff and the cocktail hour was a nice touch. Nice canapés and cocktails. Vivian and Yuki were extremely helpful . "
