    We had a lovely stay, in a room with a great view of the water and the Spirit heading out. We enjoyed breakfast and there was a great variety of food available. Parking is $25 a night.

    The room was exceptionally spacious, even with two double beds, providing a very comfortable stay. Although we initially requested a high-floor room for added quietness, the street-facing room arranged by the staff was pleasantly quiet and exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s location is excellent, within close proximity to the harbour and the city centre, making it extremely convenient for getting around. One suggestion would be for the hotel to distinguish more clearly between harbour-view rooms and street-view rooms during the booking process, so guests can make more informed choices based on their preferences. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We would gladly choose to stay here again in the future.

    My first 2 days I was stuck in the elevator as my card would not work ( the receptionist that checked me in, did not communicate any information about the hotel or facilities, or even how to work the lift) no offer to help with my 5 bags either. . 2 nd night I was locked out of my room. I went back to reception via the stairs, I did have a very lovely lady help me, she sis advise the room was not in my room and sorted new cards for me and also come to the elevator to make sure the card worked. With no car park on sight, this is inconvenient, paying $25 for valet, onsite, really?? Not a happy traveller. I was there for training in a new job, for not knowing the area or anyone it was very upsetting.
