    The room itself is very spacious, large beds, very comfortable for 4 people (Superior Quadruple Room). But hotel would need to consider revamp their lobby and floor hall because it looks very shabby and old at first until we enter the room. We arrive early to store our luggage but there is no staff, so we just left it at an empty hall in the lobby hoping it wont be stolen. Somehow the area is quite safe and strategic, very close to grocery, bookstore, post office, boba drink streets and other touristy places.

    As other reviews have said, it's an older hotel so you know what to expect. Great location in the West District. Mostly clean but definitely needs some freshening up like the bathrooms need deep cleaning. The bed is an older style, very hard bed so be aware of that as well. Would stay here again if I'm budget conscious

    Staff and manager were really helpful to us guests and helped us in every way they could (especially for emergency). Really appreciate how nice and accommodating everyone is + the location suited our itinerary of going around Taichung since there are a bunch of food places and safe streets around it (it was also in front of a park!) A value for money since our room had a view and was really spacious! Wifi, shampoo and conditioner, soap, water kettle, water bottles and cleaning services are provided too. Overall would stay here again!
