    We stayed at this hotel for two nights, whilst the room was nice enough it was very noisy (lacking soundproofing) and petite, with a difficult to access bathroom. The kettle is uniquely designed but both my husband and I burnt ourselves due to the water shooting out of it when pouring into a mug. Unfortunately we left a coat in the wardrobe on checkout and called the next day as soon as we’d realised - the manager we spoke to informed us no one had stayed in the room since but he wasn’t able to locate the coat, despite the housekeepers being the only ones to access the room after our departure. A disappointing experience to say the least

    Very disappointed more like a motel rather than a 5star. Should have a coffee machine provided in the room instead of instant coffee.
