I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before, although those visits were strictly for business. During my first stay, I was truly impressed by the design and ambiance of the place. As a professional architect, I found the aesthetic experience particularly enjoyable. I decided then that this would be my go-to hotel whenever I visited Karachi again.
This time, I came with my family, and they were equally impressed with the overall environment and service. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.
Just a small suggestion: while the staff is consistently friendly, cooperative, and professional, there were moments during peak guest traffic when things seemed a bit overwhelming for them, leading to minor mix-ups. I believe this was just a one-time hiccup and trust it won’t be a recurring issue.

Had a great stay at Ambiance once again! Mr Mohsin catered to all are needs including making the Conference room available for my work meetings. Mr Dil was wonderful with his hospitality and always going above and beyond for our room service orders. Overall a wonderful experience
