The staff were generally very helpful allowed us to check in remotely before our redeye flight so we could use the room to recover the next morning. There were some electrical problems in our room. The TV would not connect to the hotels, Internet for signal, and some of the power plugs were unreliable, but generally, the room was in good shape.

Love it… great location for a UK traveller as the area has pavements and is near train stations… there are shops restaurants all walkable from the hotel. Hotel is great, staff are friendly and helpful. :-)
