It was a good enough room. The bed was a little softer than I like. The breakfast bar was a little disappointing as all that was offered was cereal, waffles , biscuits and gravy. I was told that the eggs and meat items are saved for the weekends.

It's a cute place but it needs improvement on maintenance and cleanliness, the sheets and towels were all stained, the toilet seat was broken and was coming off when you sit.

Staff was very friendly . The room is very basic but it was clean and perfect for a one night stop.

Room was not clean, there was trash in the trash cans, the floor needed to be swept, and when I pulled back the covers, it appeared the sheets had not been changed. The neighbor’s dog(s) started barking around 1am and continued for 10-15 minutes.

The room was disgusting. It felt like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks and there were holes in the blankets. The fridge was covered in dirt and dust and there was a chair in the room that appeared to be possibly covered in bodily fluids.

The mattress was amazing! One of the best sleeping experiences! Only disappointment was zero protein or fruit in the breakfast. Just starches and carbs. We had to stop somewhere else to get eggs.

This is a good place to stay if your looking for a place to stay for a night. The room was clean and comfortable.

Housekeeping didn’t do so great. I also had some very loud drunken neighbors come bursting in their room at 2:30 am and they never stopped yelling and banging around. I called the office twice, and the second time he just told me, “they said it wasn’t them.” Not great, and also potentially dangerous getting less than 4 hours of sleep after driving 11 hours and needing to drive another 10 more the next day.

We always stay at Atrea when we're in Amarillo. It has a safe, convenient location and is a great value. There is a good Asian Fusion restaurant right next door. Atrea staff is always very friendly and helpful. A good breakfast is included.

The bedding was clean and the room was comfortable with all of the basics. The area around the hotel was very dirty. The towels in the room were stained. The staff was friendly.

The reception at the hotel was handled efficiently and professionally. There isn't any signs telling dog owners to pick up their dog poo and warning them they could be fined. Dog poo was in places people walk. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast has a poor setup and makes for waiting and confusion. For the price it's worth the stay.

This place is absolutely perfect for a longer stay. Great outdoor space with grills, chairs and lights. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we’re staying there in the way home. Great laundry facility as well! Definitely recommend
