    We chose this property expecting a premium experience, given the pictures and amenities offered. Unfortunately, our stay was a masterclass in poor hygiene and superficial service. The room booked through platform was different from the pictures and was supposed to be mountain-view pr atleast some view, all we got was half covered windows with concrete wall. Upon check-in, we noticed the bed sheets were visibly dirty. We requested a change and left the room. When we returned, the bed looked tidy, but a closer inspection revealed they had simply remade the bed with the exact same dirty sheets. After we raised the issue again, the staff finally replaced the bedding in front of us. What we saw next was appalling: The Pillows: Once the covers were removed, the pillows underneath were absolutely filthy. The Mattress: The mattress was covered in stains. The "Fresh" Linen: Even the replacement sheets and covers they brought out were not completely clean. By that point, we realized this was the absolute best they could do, leaving us with no other choice but to stay. To make matters worse, a device scan of the room flagged a potential hidden camera or unauthorized wiring behind the mirror. While I cannot definitively confirm what it was, the device alert combined with the suspicious setup left us incredibly uncomfortable and skeptical about the privacy of the room.

    The best place to stay .food was awesome and staff is very very helpful and cooperative. The restaurant serves a very delicious food . Next time we will visit this place for sure!!!
