    We confirmed and paid for our room in front of the hotel staff. However, the owner later informed us that they were experiencing issues with bookings through Agoda and refused to accommodate us. It was unprofessional and inhospitable, especially since the listing on Agoda was their responsibility, and they failed to resolve the booking issues.
