Dealt with straightforward and slightly unfriendly male staff. The place was nice and accomodating otherwise.

Very affordable and good,30min going to old town
6.4 / 10Average·Jul 2025
I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel. The fire alarm has been going off loudly since morning, causing a lot of noise and disturbance. To make matters worse, some staff members were opening guest room doors without proper notice or permission.
The IT staff in particular was very unprofessional and rude. He spoke to guests with an attitude and clearly lacks basic communication skills. When confronted, he didn’t have the courage to continue the conversation—completely unfit to deal with guests.
Unfortunately, the manager at the reception was no help either. When I requested a refund due to the constant noise and inconvenience, she simply said there’s nothing they can do and refused any kind of compensation. This level of service is unacceptable.
This hotel is a joke in terms of hospitality and customer care. I will definitely not return and do not recommend it to anyone. The staff, especially the IT guy and the manager, seriously need training on how to deal with guests.
