    Traffic was very noisy, however, the room was spotless. Nice big clean towels and the water pressure was excellent.

    Great staff more than happy to help you very clean rooms good value for money awsome bed very peaceful and tram stop 50 meters away and 3 stops to shopping centre so leave the car parked outside your room go have a beer at the local tavern and bite to eat ,great place to relax away from the hustle bustle of the CBD.

    Book this motel as was closest place to bundoora Park where I had a tournament on. Room is outdated tv was old and bathroom had mould up around the skylight. also alot of hair from previous people on the floor and in the shower to me wasn't cleaned properly. I mentioned the mould and one response was .maybe we paint over it. Um no you get it cleaned properly.

    Firstly saw the motel when entering the place - old, haunted motel. Not very impressed with the outdated furniture, bathroom and flies in the room. The blanket was very dirty with stain on it (didn't you properly cleaned before welcoming the customers?). First night I cannot sleep due to scary room, I felt like someone was looking at me all the times. Wouldn't recommend to stay here. Just found the history of crime at this motel - murder and druggies.
