    Fantastic room. Very spacious for 3 people. Comfortable bed. There was a big sofa bed for the third person. Big bathroom. Everything very clean. Very friendly staff.

    We had the worst stay of any hotel experience I've ever had. Unhelpful staff, poor service, very disappointing quality (bedroom, bathroom, food, drink). The room was the smallest room I've ever stayed in, the bed was uncomfortable, the towels were old and 'crusty', the bathroom door didn't fit so offered no privacy, the breakfast was cold, the queues were long, the bar staff forgot about us, and when I complained to the hotel, I got offered some 'points' in the hope that I'd come back for more of this treatment! I recommend choosing another hotel in the area.

    I stayed in a Queen room where we down in the basement where there was only one curtain when there should have been two on the window. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were not existent even though there was four of them!!!! The shower flooded the floor as there was no door There was a huge TV mounted to the ceiling so every time you tried to walk past you hit your head Basically myself and my colleague said that it was 'we have some space downstairs that were store rooms and lets do them up and get people staying in them and charge a fortune' I have stayed there before and had great rooms but we wont be back again. When we mentioned it at check out we got a shrug of the shoulders from the guy on the reception and wasn't interested. Such a shame
