The oven in the place was so outdated, it was hard to cook our pizza and mac and cheese on the stove top. We loved the proximity to the beach. I gave this place four stars due to the amount of money you pay for the accommodations. The beds were okay, and we didn’t have WIFI, but once again, being close to the beach and having a clamming station to clean the clams is what we came for.

Great little place. It was quiet and comfortable. We were here for the 4th of July weekend and spent most of our time at the beach, so we didn't get to use the amenities. Would definitely stay here again and make sure to take advantage of the amenities, especially the kayaks. Bring house slippers; you are not going to want to walk barefoot or just in your socks. There are pokie things that come in from the yard area, especially if you have a dog and cannot use the shoe brushes provided. My only issue is that there should be landlines in each unit because cell and wifi are so spotty. In the event of an emergency (we had a little one with epilepsy with us, so this was a huge concern), a landline would be helpful. (4 adults, 2 kids, and 1 dog stayed 3 nights in one unit. Crowded but doable.)

A very nice place, good location to the beach walking distance. Quiet place, friendly helpful staff, plenty of adult and kids friendly activities to do.
