Place is located 40mins-1hr away from the Airport if you'll head there via a rental car. Minimal to zero traffic enroute there from the city during my stay. However, I highly recommended renting a 4x4 or a car with an engine of atleast 1.8 liters and high chassis clearance as the hill climb to the resort was a bit steep. The Mitsubishi Sedan I rented was able to make it but note that I am the only passenger with 2 luggages weighing less than 20kg each . Review about the food is true. Hats off to the chef and kitchen team. For the dorm rooms, lockers were provided and it was indeed spacious but I'd strongly suggest that management fix/replace the wobbly bunk bed i stayed in and include privacy curtains this way noise and light can be supressed a bit and a sense of privacy can be given to backpackers. I stayed also in their Deluxe room for one night and the experience was comfortable. Smart TV is linked to their Starlink wifi making it easy to watch youtube/streaming services. Globe's mobile signal was reliable, there's no Smart mobile signal throughout my stay. Pool facility is superb, it was maintained and cleaned daily. As for the Cons, lots of mosquito during my stay. I strongly suggest that the gym's weights area be sprayed with insecticide as there were a lot of mosquitoes when I worked out at around 4:30am. Lastly, going to the nearby Nagtabon beach can be accomplished through a short steep hike that will take around 20-25mins. I was told that they also offer shuttle services from the resort to the beach but I havent tried it. Overall, it was a great experience. Will definitely stay here again.
