    お部屋は、あいにく喫煙のお部屋しかなく、入ったときはタバコ臭かったので、窓を開けたらその後は、気にならなくなりました。 お部屋には洗濯機と乾燥機があり、帰りの飛行機には、洗濯後の衣類をコンパクトにまとめて持ち帰ることができ、とても助かりました。 夜遅くは音漏れの関係で使えないので、少し注意が必要です。 部屋もコンパクトながら、レンジや大きい冷蔵庫もあり、便利でした。 フロントの方も感じがよく、施設は少々古めですが、コンビニもドラッグストアもあり便利なので、石垣に行った際にはまた使いたいとおもいます。

    設備は古いが、なんでも揃っていて、満足しています。なんと言ってもコストパフォーマンス良すぎ。朝食は地元のおかーさん達が作ってくれてて、優しい味付けでとても美味しいですね。長生きしそうな朝食でした。長期滞在時にリピートしたいと思います。

    美崎町の繁華街から徒歩6～7分の微妙な距離で、隣にコンビニやドラッグストア、ライブ居酒屋はありますが、他に目ぼしい店のないやや寂しい立地です。 建物はワンルームマンションを丸ごとホテルとして使っているようで、外廊下を通って室内に入るのですが、外廊下は汚れており、鳥の侵入防止なのかグリーンのネットが張ってあって貧乏くさく、ホテルの雰囲気は全くなくて、寮や宿舎といった感じです。 室内はタバコ臭く、壁紙のつなぎ目があちこちこめくれ上がっていたり、カーペットの汚れがひどかったり、バルコニーの排水が悪いのかコケが生えていたり酷いもんです。 あまりにもタバコ臭いので一日中エアコン全開にして窓を開けっ放しにしてました。 室内には冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機があるのですが、洗濯機が室内にどかんと置いてあるホテル？は初めてです。 朝食の内容はまずまずでしたが、立地や室内、設備を考えると一泊朝食付きで5,000円が妥当だと思います。 ピースアイランドグループは沖縄で10施設を運営するなかなかの企業のようですが、そんな企業がなぜこのような劣悪ホテルを恥ずかしくもなく運営しているのか疑問です。 また、このホテルのアゴダ評価は7.4(すごく良い)で、どのような手段を使えばこのような評価になるのか、不思議で仕方がありません。
