Everything was amazing except I did hear a lot of noise and the cleaning staff late at night and in the morning maybe the walls are not strong or very soundproof

The best thing about this hotel, undoubtedly, is the location. It is within walking distance to Park 93 (Parque de la 93), which is a fabulous area with tons of extremely good quality restaurants, lots of people and families walking around and having fun. There was also great entertainment at night. It is a very safe place.
I'm afraid the hotel is definitely not very well kept; the carpets in the halls are stained with bits of paint which looks terrible. The deco and paint are dated. The breakfast is okay but not great. The staff was good but several times I got tired of calling the front desk at night and there was no answer.
Last. On two occasions, at around 2:00 am, my husband and I got awakened by someone, who probably was drunk, shouting near our room. Absolutely disgusting.
I would never stay in this hotel again. There are better hotels in the area. I just did not have time to research more. I booked this in a rush.
