The staff were very helpful with tips and directions. The breakfast was very good and the staff were attentive and offering extras for example omelettes or warming bread and bringing hot drinks. Wi-Fi was not reliable. The hotel could use some improvement to rooms specially bathrooms. The one thing that we need to warn people is parking. Please take pictures if you are gonna leave the keys with them. Our rented car got scratches and no one held responsibility for them. If you are staying only in Marrakech, don’t rent a car, taxi or Uber is always there, better walk. This place to close to almost everything.

Wonderful rooftop area with pool, bar, and great lounges for relaxing. Breakfast was high quality and well staffed. Room was very clean and very well maintained. Nice balcony as part of the room.
