Reception staff was reasonable. Breakfast (at restaurant) was good.
One great surprise: The housekeeping team was attentive with high EQ and could attend to what we needed to make our stay an enjoyable one. They also made it a point not to disturb us, especially for the not-morning-person us.
Definitely going back for our next trip to Shanghai!

We had a few problems but these were resolved by Rachel and Bella in the guest relations team. We appreciate their care and service. We would also like to compliment Catherine in the breakfast room.
