    We had a wonderful week at the Marriott, Wuchang. Every aspect of our stay was beautifully orchestrated by the very courteous and extremely obliging Jarvie Zhang, the Chief Concierge, and the rest of the staff with him. I have rarely experienced such attention to detail and level of overall assistance as they guided us and helped us enjoy a superb week at the Marriott. Thank you to him and to everyone else there with you.

    Upon check-in, the sink in the twin room was clogged. I reported it to the front desk manager, who responded promptly and arranged for repairs and a room change. However, only a king room was available that day, with a less appealing view and a much smaller space, and there was no additional compensation provided.
