Very cool hotel with amazing service!

Great overall location and inner court and pool with potential to be a special oasis in the city. The back alley feel and room layout in one case is a drawdown from 5. Service ranges from mostly very good to a few slips related to attitude over 4 days stay. Would be 4.5 if possible.
